Warning: this challenge is for people who want to make long-term lifestyle changes. This is not a fad diet or a quick-fix solution and requires that you take ownership of your life, your lifestyle - and your weight. As such, we do not allow anonymous entries and we would like for you to keep us (and everyone else) updated with daily updates or simply your thoughts on the day via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #brainsurgeonsdiet
If you're up for the challenge, you simply need to complete our online registration form (please note that you will need to purchase a copy of The Brain Surgeon's Diet beforehand) by the 31st of January 2015. Once registrations have closed, we will send a confirmation e-mail to all registered participants to mark the start of the challenge. 
At the beginning of the challenge and at the 16-week mark, you would need to e-mail a photo of yourself,  holding a copy of a newspaper (to indicate the date the picture was taken), a second photo of your bathroom scale reading together with a copy of a newspaper (to indicate the date of the picture). At the 16-week mark you need to submit a short motivation (minimum 100 words) on how the Brain Surgeon's Diet has changed your life.
One lucky winner will walk away with a grand prize of R5000 in cash! We're also giving away three runner-up cash prizes of R1000 each. The cut-off date for entries is 31 January 2015. Please familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions before entering.
